Durban orders can be picked up at our office 10 Sugarbush, Crescent, Unit no 8, Westmead, Mahogany ridge.
Cape Town orders can be picked up at our office 42 Stellenberg Rd, Parow Industrial, Cape Town.
There will be no additional charges for in-store collection. An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection, which will usually be within 1–3 days.
On collection, a proof of receipt will be expected.
We use Bob Go for all order fulfillment and delivery, which connects us to multiple courier service providers.
Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours (Monday – Friday) from the date your order is processed. Delivery times may vary, especially for remote areas.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the parcel’s weight and dimensions and may vary depending on the courier assigned by Bob Go.
